At Noble Home Gifts, the health, safety, and well-being of our customers are our top priority. Due to health, hygiene, and sanitation concerns, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Final Sale Policy

  • All items purchased from Noble Home Gifts are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges, including but not limited to items that have been opened, used, or handled.

  • This policy is in place to ensure the highest hygiene standards and to protect all customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Support team at info@noblehomegifts.ca within 5 days of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • The original packaging

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions

  • Clearance, final sale, personalized, and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Requests submitted after the 5-day reporting period will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above conditions.

The following products cannot be returned:

All items exchanged or returned must remain unopened, unused, and not tampered with. If you wish to return any 72HRS products that fall under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, they must be in resalable condition. Shipping, processing, and restocking fees may apply.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If your package shows as delivered in the tracking system but you have not received it, please contact the shipping company directly. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for payments of any customs duties and taxes.

 

DELIVERY TIME

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives within the estimated delivery period. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible; however, we do not offer monetary compensation for late delivery.

The colour, finish, coating, and even size and shape of each item may vary due to the uniqueness of making each piece and raw material used in some of our products. 

For some products, the uniqueness of each item may also vary from piece to piece due to the complexity of how products are crafted. Additionally, exposure to light, humidity, and temperature changes may impact the condition of your merchandise over time.
