Noble Home Gifts Return Policy

At Noble Home Gifts, we are committed to your satisfaction with your online purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or refund for the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) within 5 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Return

  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns only for items purchased through our online store. Items bought in physical stores are not eligible for returns.
  • Item Condition: All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered.
  • Non-Refundable Delivery Fees: Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance and Final Sale: Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized Orders: Personalized or custom-made items are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled as they are made specifically for you.
  • International Orders: All international orders are final and non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@noblehomegifts.ca within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return. Include your reason for return, order number, a photo, and a product description.
  2. Repackaging: Use the original packaging and securely seal the returning product.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the return package to:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@noblehomegifts.ca, including photos of the damage. Claims submitted after the 5-day period may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important Disclaimers

  • Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • Variations in Product Material: Slight variations in color, finish, and size may occur due to the unique nature of materials and craftsmanship, as well as environmental factors such as exposure to light, humidity, and temperature over time.
